That's good. I felt a little bad for him.

It's kinda hard to sell a cc in a cc forum where everyone has one.

Yeah really  I think Adrenalnjunky is the only non-crew here. Maybe we could all pool our money and buy it for spare parts

I have 29844 as of 11/28/03 , I bought my trk 12/03/00 so my warrany should be just about up, right
although the salesman that sold me my trk gave me a 5yr 50,000 warranty cause i told him he either come down on price or do something good or I would have went and bought a import ( 10/100,000 warranty) so I think I will take it in next week for a tune up and see what they say about it still being under warranty

I had a body shop guy thats also my crew chief for scca tell me that i have no warranty. he said he had a hard enough time getting them to fix his stock truck that was under warranty. much less trucks like ours

warn, we can forget about warranties on the drivetrain - engine, tranny, and transfer case, because we have altered our suspension so majorly but my buddise dad is the shop foreman at the local chevy dealer here and his dad told me that since I know his son and he knows that I take good care of my trk ( taking it to car shows help show that I aint out trying to tear it up) he would still try to cover as much as possible for the remaider of the 5/50,000 but honestly we both kissed our warranties bye bye when we torched off all stock brackets for the IFS.
I was just making a crack earlier.

Nothing wrong with that. I'd take a train too if we had one just to keep miles off the truck.

Yea, and it's better for you health, cause you gotta walk up and down all those stairs. I take the metro here for DC sometimes.

I do wish I drive it more though. My Trooper gets more of a run cause my wife drives to work in it plus on the weekends since it's all setup with the baby stuff, I just take the trooper as well. I got a second car seat and stroller now so I've been taking the Crew more lately though.

Cheers,
Con

Well bought mine in June of 02 and rolled 36K on it yesterday comming back from deer hunting in Iowa. :D No major issues as of yet, however i think thats because I read the forum, and do all of my own maintenance. I know for sure that all of the fittings in the front end are getting greased and that all of my fluids are getting changed regularly and not leaking. The only issue that I have right now is that I found some rust in my overflow tank for the radiator. I will be fixing that tonight. No more frigging dex cool :x Thank god for this web site, it absolutly rocks!!!
