Winch Bumper

Hey guys so i cracked my bumper the other day and i wanna replace it and instead of getting a regular one i wanna fabricate a steel winch bumper. the problem is im not sure hoe to start and was just seeing if anyone had any plans out there they are willing to share.

There's some good ones on s10forum. Do a google search for s10 winch bumper and go to images.

Not really the same but there's 2 winch mounts available. 4wdfactory has a weld in, I don't think the stock bumper will work with it. Synergy offroad has a bolt in one that you can make the stock bumper fit over. I've had the synergy one on for a few months now. HJ had a receiver mount up front with a winch on a cradle.

Mine is mounted on a Westin Brush Guard. I bought it at Harbor Freight and purchased the universal mount for it. My shop retrofitted it to the Westin and works really well there. Hopefully I can take some pics to put up for you..

I need one of these. I am tired of smashing the plastic bumper things up when I bump in to snow etc in the cold. I bought one and it didnt even last two weeks before it got cracked up.
