LOL the only thing he needs now is to isolate the pipe itself. On one of my Subaru's the cold air intake was the same diameter as a soda can so all you did was get a bunch of the drink cozies, cut the bottoms out and slide them on. They would only last a year or two under the hood but then you just went back to the dollar store and picked up another batch in the color of you choosing.
