Ordered some christmas gifts for myself today :)
Well, I finally went ahead and ordered the PA192 body lift! I also ordered new Black Chrome Stainless Steel slash cut exhaust tips for my dual exhaust. I'm about to get the 1.25" spacers for the rear, too. Who know's when I'll put all of this stuff on, but they're on their way!

Yea, I can use as much advice as you can offer! I have the ZR5 package, so I'm going to have to raise the step bars too! I'm going to wait for the body lift to be done before I have the tips installed so they can raise those up 2 inches while they're at it. I have the Westin Safari Bar, but all that needs to be done there is two new holes to be drilled a little higher on the brackets. That shouldn't take more than a few minutes. I am on winter break from college right now, so if I can find a heated garage, I'll be doing it sometime after Christmas, if not, I'm going to have to wait until spring break! I hope to be able to do it within the next few weeks though, I can't stand the 235/70/r15's that I have on there now!! They are terrible, I got stuck in a few inches of snow in parking space the other day twice! Good thing for 4x4! I will probably opt to go with 30x9.5 tires most likely Cooper Discoverer S/T. (29.35" actual) Their 31x10.5 tires are actually 30.47" but I don't want to rub my fenders at all. I don't do any SERIOUS off roading or rock crawling, so that extra inch isn't too important to me. I just don't want to be so low to the ground like I am right now. The reason I chose Cooper is b/c my cousin works for them and may be able to score me some free tires and installation... Can't pass that up!
I've never done a body lift or anything, but I am pretty handy when it comes to building/fixing/making things so it shouldn't be too hard. I have one question though right now... Does the bed liner have to come out during installation to raise the bed up?? I have an '04, any suggestions about the fuel line extension? Should I use it or should I just try to extend what's already there? I haven't been under the truck to see what any of this looks like, I have just been reading some of the old posts. I guess until I read the directions and look at the parts, I really won't know exactly how it all goes together. Any suggustions, warnings, information will be extremely helpful! I want this to go as smooth as possible and I don't want to mess anything up!

Search the lifts section for information on the lift. There are plenty of suggestions. Take your time, and download both PA's instruction as well as BDS's. I am told that BDS has some pictures that will help the install.

I got my body lift in the mail today. Is there any place online that has pictures of every item that should be in the box?? There is just a list of items on the sheet, but nothing is labeled or anything and is hard to tell what is what??

You guys can disregard that last post... I went through it piece by piece and figured out what everything was by going through the directions a few times. I was shorted one zip tie and I ended up with 4 bolts that aren't on the list. Everything was there despite that darn Zip tie! lol
