Powerdyne TB Spacer = 20hp ?

Post by killian96ss »

Powerdyne advertises that their TB spacer for our 4.3L engine will add 20 extra horsepower. Has anybody out there tried one of these? 20 horsepower is a lot for such a simple part. I'm kind of sceptical, but if it's true then I think it would be worth the $90. I've heard some negative feedback about other TB spacers, but I haven't heard anything about the Powerdyne part.

I doubt 20 hp....but it doesn't matter how much is under the hood...It matters how much hp is at the wheels...Maybe it gains 15 under the hood. then maybe 4-5 at the rear wheels..maybe the test truck had a few mods?..i dunno :?:

I think the best you can expect is a 1mpg increase in fuel mileage.

I wouldn't recommend one personally. I had one and saw no increase at all
