I want to do this to my Tail Lights
This is a picture of my friends Grand Prix. I forget the name of the product, but it was a spray paint of some sort. I'm thinking about doing this to my tail lights instead of getting blackout covers.

It was probably "Nightshades" and I believe that it is made by Plastikote
