Correct Fuel Skid Shield?

Post by Mightym »

Found this at the salvage yard and was hoping it was the right one. If it is, what do I do with the front support bar? I'm not sure where it is supposed to bolt up. It should look much better once I get it cleaned up a bit.

The bracket bolts to the frame with the self tapping bolts as does the brace and LR of the shield. IIRC the RR mount uses two long bolts through the crossmember.

No drilling should be needed. All the holes should be there.

That shield should fit the steel tank just fine.
