This truck belongs to Ron. He, and I have been exchanging email corespondence.
There are lots of plans for future improvements.
Just thought I'd share the pics

Ron should be right around the 300 HP mark right now, and He wants to add a few more mods to get it to 350 HP.
Seems pretty "do-able" to me.

I saw a guy at a local mini truck meet that had a blower on a 2nd gen s-10. He said he was getting about 60 more horsies with it, but he seemed kinda modest, so who knows.
Without an intercooler these advertise 50-60% increase in horsepower with no other mods.
Headers would help some if the tubes are big enough. Just a bigger Y-pipe and 3" all the way would be as good and still useable with a bodylift.
Blown engines just need to get the exhaust out as quickly as possible and don't benefit as much from "tuned" headers.
That's why the funny cars run zoomies.
An intercooler could be good for another 20% increase.
The main investment at this point needs to be opening up the exhaust. Then work on the cooling system, ignition, etc.
I haven't looked into it much but I'd guess $3000-$3500 for a no frills set-up.
