ARB style bumpers?
Somewhere I remember seeing a pic of a Blazer that had a custom rear bumper that looked like something that ARB would make, looked like it increased departure angle and such --anyone make a nice ARB bull-bar bumperset to fit either end of our trucks?
If I had a metalfab shop and a lot of nice 1/4 and 3/8 inch stock laying around, I bet I could come up with something nice though.

This is about the closest thing I can find, and I'm just guessing on it--This is either an austrailian Isuzu or Holden vehicle called the Rodeo Bull Bar.
Wish they had installation instructions on their website for download.

my friend is almost done making my sliders out of 1/4 inch 2x2 and it is only costing about 30 bucks for materials. Ill post pics when i get them on.

well, all I can say is if one of you guys can build one that looks like the one on that red Austrlian pickup I posted above, I'll gladly give you $250-300 for it if it's worth a damn.

ive already started. My mane bumper is finished, welded it all together last night. Its out of 1/4 steel. I did it to look like the arb bumpers. Ill be able to mount a winch inside of it. Im doing the brush guard part in cold rold steel tubeing with 250 wall thickness. I have to make some braces that will go in the front frame horns to keep them from wanting to colapse when I bolt it up. Then its off to be powder coated.

Looking at them on the ARB site --- they all kinda look universal to me.
I'm sure I could form one up out of foam and then lay fiberglass down and make a custom one-off, but it wouldn't have the impact resistance of ABS.
If anyone is going to have the skills - it's KCustom -- with him making his own fender flares, he's got the access to the industrial vacuum forming and rotary milling machines needed to make these sorts of things.
