Third brake light lense

I was looking at some third brake light lenses and there are two types listed- standard and extended cab. Do ya'll know which one our crew's are like?
2003 S-10 Crew Cab - Indigo Blue Metallic
Flowmaster 40 w/ turndown, Chopped Airbox, APC clear corners, Trenz billet bowtie, Shaved badges, Sylvania Silverstars, Xenon fogs

the ext cab one worked for mine

I tried changing my 3rd brake light cover and ordered 1 from stylin concepts for a extended cab and it didnt fit, it was too long and narrow so I have to get 1 for a reg. cab- but my trk is 01 so things may have changed but I kept my original 1 and got a pollished bowtie cover that I like better
