4l60e and 4x4 still work after 350 swap? Help..

I have an 04 crew cab and I am swaping the ol 4.3 out with a small block 350. I am a mechanic in training so I'm fine with all the engine stuff but Imy not to familiar with all of transmission and the electronics for it. If I switch to a 350, will my electronic transfer case still engage and will my tranny shift? Does the 4l60e have a tcu? and if so will I have to add any sensors to the bblock for it? Any help or opinion would be nice! Thanks!

Biggest question is are you swapping to a carbed 350 or fuel injection vortec 350? If you're swapping to the '96+ 5.7L you'll send the PCM out to get tuned to a 2002 Chevy 1500 cargo van. Then there is some re pinning of the ecm connector. Everything will work as it should with that swap.

If you go with the Vortec 350 swap like i did everything works, cruise control ABS, air bags, ac, 4x4 etc. if you go with a carb setup and axe the computer. Good luck.
