Anyone know where i could get a bumper like this made? or if anyone is capable of making such a thing i would be willing to pay.

The guy that made those was actually selling them I don't think they were to
Popular. I've seen the thread where he was wanting to sell them but I don't think any one bought them can't quite remember.
