Torison bar crank..and cv joints

Torison bar crank..and cv joints

im ordered my body lift today and i really want to crank the torison bar an inch...but i dont want to be replacing the cv joints once a month can i please get some input on this... :x

just dont go overboard with them
I cranked mine 1 1/4" over a year ago and so far ((KNOCK ON WOOD)) no problems

I tightened mine 3 full turns (about 3/4") a little less than a year ago and have had no problem with front end.

I think it varies a little from truck to truck though. 3 turns on mine left plenty of thread exposed, on others that has bottomed out the bolts. Kinda depends on where they're at before you start turning.
