ok all you GM experts!!! i'm an old foreign car mechanic,, and this GM stuff messes with me from time to time...like now!
how do you "install" the steering damper on our crew cabs??
i see where it bolts to the "frame"/cross member!! where does it bolt on the steering?? do i need a different drag link....??? idler arm??? or what??
help me out here!!!!

Yep, it has a hole in it for the stabilizer to be inserted.
My '86 S-10 Sport had the factory stabilizer as do the ZR2 package S-series.
I think that either of those links would work, but haven't tried it yet.
