looking at new tires...

Post by duce »

I have decided to get new tires and asked around town to see how big (and i mene fat as to tall) will fit on stock rims. And this is what I came up with http://www.kumhotire.com/int/Tires/SUVDetail.jsp p275/60/15. I think they are ok but was hoping for bigger. See I don't plan to ever put a lift kit on my crew(sorry guys) but I want that pro stock look with fat boys in the back...

try this link other one not working...

I had the Kumho ECSTA Supra 712's on my 99 Z28 and liked them. They weren't quite as sticky as I would have liked, but with 305 HP at the rear wheels, it was hard to find anything other than drag radials that would stick all the time. :)

I had them on for about 15,000 miles and they looked almost new when I traded it in on the Crew. Pretty much everyone I know that bought Kumhos liked them.
