Got some new chrome Centerline Tracers for the Jimmy. The wheels are 16X8 and the tires are 255/65/16. I wanted fat tires and the same diameter as stock. They do rub on the front so I ordered 2 of the same tires for the front except 235/70/16 so hopefully that solves the rub issue.

Here's a before for comparison:

if it will miss the fender. it doesnt look like it will. but you are going to have to bounce hard to get to it. mine would grab the lip of the inside of the fender and then pull it down and warp the edge of my fender and then i would have to hammer it back up
THe only place I had a rub issue was at the very bottom of the front fender. After some help from a rubber mallet that problem was solved but then I installed the mudflaps and it rubs the front flaps. I'm hoping the skinnier tire will stop the rub on the flap and bring the tire in a little so it doesn't stick out so far.
