2" suspension lift?
i am kinda curious as to why the 2" suspension lift doesnt work on the cc? the superlift guys said it wasnt holding the camber/caster. if i might say, doesnt the crew cabs have the same suspension setup as an extended cab non-zr2 4x4?

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
The 2" suspension lifts are keys to over crank the torsion bars and upper a-arms to correct the alignment. The problem lies in the lower ball joint being out of its operating range and the CV joints as well as their boots. It doesn't work on any of them, the crew cab is not alone.

Re: 2" suspension lift?
i got a fix for it. and for me it makes sense. why not make a replacement lower a-arm too (since your replacing the upper anyway)?

That won't help the CV joints and boots. The angle is just too steep and beyond their operating range.dominusmortis wrote:i got a fix for it. and for me it makes sense. why not make a replacement lower a-arm too (since your replacing the upper anyway)?
If you could long arm it there might be a chance, but that is going way beyond simple and then you are better to upsize to fullsize components.
Suffice it to say that a 2" suspension lift is not an option.
5"-6" drop axle suspension kits are the only IFS suspension lift option.
