Ok, right now my truck is stock ride height but I plan on doing the boise spring kit, and possibly some 1.5" shackles.
Will stock length shocks work or do I need to get longer ones?
I'm planning on going with the Bilstein HD's
Shocks, what size?

Stock length will be fine as you are still within the normal operating range. The spring lift just moves the curb height up in the range.
