Bridgestone A/T Revos?
Anybody run them, if so what do you think, what kind of terrain do you have? I have mostly smooth rocks (as opposed to desert sharp ones ) and mud, some of it clay, not much soft sand, grass and creeks with gravel or muddy bottoms, wet/dry leaves, small/med. moss covered logs, the usual eastern woodlands stuff, snow, slush, ice in winter. the reviews seem good anybody wish to add something? stay safe, mjmcdowell
I have had the Revos on for a year. I like how they handle on snowy roads/ slush, rain and they are excellent on dry pavement.
They are 100% better than the OEM Goodyears in the mud, however in my offroad experience, they are not aggresive enough for serious mud, especially if you are on an incline.
The rocks I did encounter were no problem for them and I have gone through some loose sand with a quad in the back with no problems.
The Yokohama Geolander AT+lls are probably better tire for the $.

Love mine. Great in all road conditions. Offroad, I would say they are what they are, an A/T... Fine for light to medium trails but surly not meant for serious mud or hardcore rock climbing.
After 15k miles, the tread still look like new. I would buy them again and recommend them without hesitation.

I would highly recommend the Dueler Revos! I love mine. My first set still looked new at 30k miles so when I got larger wheels I bought another set of Revos. I think they are the best all around tire. If you run white letter out, IMO the lettering is much nice than the Yokohama's.
If your a cheapskate like Barch and are worried about saving 2 cents then get the Geolanders.

You forgot to add in the cost of bleach-white(sp?) and the amount of time to keep the wussified white lettering white. Might equal 8 Yokos to 4 Revos over 40K

I only put the letters in if they are ugly like the letters on my Yoko Geolander H/T's were
If you're running Geolanders I can't blame you for putting the blackwall out.

But just think of the time you spent making the "GMC" on the mud flaps look "purdy'JimmyDiamond wrote: .........If you're running Geolanders I can't blame you for putting the blackwall out.

Nah, those letters are easy! I wash the flap with a spong with the rest of the body. No special care needed.

I think with larger wheels blackwall looks much better. When the wheel is 15" or 16" the sidewalls look too big with blackwall.jeff024 wrote:a bit dirty but the Geos white out look just fine
the Toyos on the other hand look better black out
