Don't know exactly what you are asking here but, many have been successful with the stock rim and 30.5X9.5s on the street. I was running that size before my BL "on the street" with aftermarket wheels with less than 6" BL. Top_Sgt is running those now after BL on the street.

I am asking whats the max overall tire diameter and tire tread width that I can place on the S-10 stock wheels and without any rubbing issues.

Modification - Boise AAL and 1 1/2" TB crank

T-bar crank will get you more clearence at rest but a little bump and you're right back at stock height. Also, 1-1/2" of T-bar crank is A LOT of T-bar crank. You may want to save some of that tire money for new cv joints every few months.

the wheel above is 15x7s with 5.5" BS I might have been able to but I dont wanna cut on my truck and would be really pi$$ed if I bought tires that rubbed so I stuck with 30s . I put the same overall height on my new wheels but when the times comes I think I will go to a tire thats overall 30" - 30.2"
