Just A Question For You Guys That Have Done The Superlift Install....
Can This Be Done In A Garage??....I Have Access To Most All Tools Except A Plasma Cutter, I Have A Small Mig Welder (110 Volt) Cut Off Tools Can Get Access To A Torch & Portable Band Saw And I'm Not Nervous About Taking My Truck All Apart, But There Are A Couple Of Companies That Will Install It With An Alignment For Between $750.00 - $1000.00 So I Would Like To Know From Those Of You That Have Or Are Doing It Yourselves Would You Do It Again Or Is Installation Money Well Spent??

Well I am still not done my install, held off on the front end until my TB keys arrive. However, I can tell you that disassembly and cutting the frame were not really that hard at all.

I'm Not An ASE Certified Tech By Any Means.......But Both Me And Mrs Gocntry Have Been Working Around And Repairing Our Own Vehicles For The Last 15-20 Years.........So Minor Welding And Cutting, And Some In Depth Mechanical Work Is Within My Reach, Plus I Have Access To A Buddy That Is A Professional Bodyman And Experienced Welder For The Last 25 Years (he does the mechanical side of auto repair).
But Is It Worth Doing?? Being I Have 2 Kids And I Cant Just Work All Weekend Long I Have A Feeling My Truck Might Be Off The Road Quite A While, Plus I Was Wanting To Change To Some 4.10 Gears And I Have A Feeling That Is Better Done Professionally....
