BL AND SERVICE ENGINE LITE

I INSTALLED A PA 2" BL ON MY 04 CC AND 200 MILES LATER I HAVE A CHECK ENGINE LITE . HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANY ONE ELSE? I DID INSTALL THE SAME KIT ON MY 01 WITH NO PROBLEMS. ALSO ON THE 01 before THE BL IT WAS IN THE SHOP FOR A LOT OF EMISSIONS CONTROL REPAIRS. IS THIS A COMMON PROBLEM? MY 04 ONLY HAS 6K ON IT. HELP :x
2001 cc 2" pa body lift traded
2004 cc zr5 2" pa body lift 6" super lift 2" rear shackle and tb crank traded for a v-max Silverado
2006 V-max cc
2001 ex cab 4x4 ls work truck rufff country 2" lift sold
2012 silverado WT 2wd

Check and make sure that the fuel filler hose clamps are tight on both ends. That's been a problem for some.

Along with Borderman's thoughts, go to a autozone or adavance or whatever offers free SES testing to help narrow it down.

I also have an 04 and havent had any problems (knock on wood ) yet and its been on now for about 8000 miles.

i also have a grounding strap from the tank to the top of the filler that i relocated down the metal tube could this be a problem???? :? :? :?

no I relocated mine also to somewhere on the frame you should be fine with that.

I just hope you don't have a busted fuel filler neck like I did. That's a pricey fix. :!:

:x nope nothing broken, but i tell you guys i could be a gm goodwrech pro, i blamed the lift before looking at the simplest solution. :x gas cap loose!!!! well thanks for the input , :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:
