Hi , I am the very happy owner of an '03 s-10 crewcab (pics coming soon) . About 2 weeks ago as i was in the middle of a left hand turn my brake pedal went straight to the floor . Im no master mechanic but I did the usuals check the fluid (it was full) , pads and rotors are still ok and i bled the brakes . Everything seemed to be fine until 3-4 days later when it did the same thing , and again in the middle of a left hand turn . Since then the trucks been parked aside from driving it around the neighborhood trying to figure out what it could be , and frankly im stumped . There are no leaks , no air in the lines and the "issue" only occurs when making sharp lefthand turns . Any ideas will be greatly appreciated . Thanks ,

Low/No Brake Pedal

Last night I had driven about 60 miles and was just getting into town from the highway. I came up to a stop light and my brake pedal went to the floor. Pressure came back if i pumped the brakes, but something was definitely wrong, as everytime i started going again, i lost pressure. I wasn't losing any fluid at all.
Turns out one of the vacuum hoses on top of the brake booster (short 1.5" hose in between two unions) had basically fallen apart. It was a mess. The brake booster was losing vacuum 'cus of it. I taped it up with some electrical tape for the time being, then went to pep boys today and got some replacement hose. This is the second time one of those hoses has split on me, so i'm going to replace it all tonight.
Just figured this might be worth checking out, as i easily could've wrecked my truck last night (thank God I was driving it and not Rachael )
