switching to 4x4

switching to 4x4
will it hurt any thing if you switch to 4x4 wile going about 10 or 20 mph??

Four high is shift on the fly. Four Low requires a stop and shift to neutral. The owners manual has the procedures. It is available electronically if you don't have the paper manual.
