tranny has lost some gears

i have a s-series again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

its a 99 4x4 jimmy.

it has a few problems i will need some help with.

first being that it has no reverse and i think it only has 1st and 3rd....or 2nd and fourth...

whats the chances of this being external...like a relay

i need help finding a used tranny and i will then post pics on swapping trannies in this thing as i dive blindly into the project.

I believe it is going to be a broken sunshell.

Or scattered needle bearings. More than likely a rebuild.
Wonder how we all missed that old post?
