For those running a MSD -MSD-8830 Noise Capacitor, Red.
I am using a filter I purchased at Radioshack. 270-0055 20A DLX noise filter $19.99. It is mounted in the line to my ham radio.
This is what the ODOT trucks use for their 2 way installs on those that pick up engine noise.
I had a little noise in my dual band with the engine running. I think it may be the CS144 alternator rather than the MSD since I still had the noise after bypassing the MSD.
