Adjusting O.E.M headlights
I recently changed the bulbs in my headlights and am really pleased with the bulbs I put in except for the fact that right now they are doing a better job lighting up the sky then the road. Is there any way to adjust the position of the lights so I can get them pointed down on the road? From what I see there is none because of the two plastic tabs that hold the lights in but if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. BTW the truck is and '03 ZR5

Chances are that you did not get the lower tabs into the slots on the radiator support.

What kinda are they? I read some people complain about a similer experiance with Silver Stars.
Id suggest checking the tabs like Brule said.
Funny thing, I am having a similer issue. Just took mine off for my body lift, put em on. And now my drivers side is aimed about 8 feet in the air. Im gonna check mine to make sure its in he slots correctly as well. But I did take the headlight off at 2:30am in Kroger parking lot to see if I had it mounted wrong and it didn't fix it either.

A 2" difference in body height should not be enough to affect the headlamp adjustment.fallvitals wrote: I do need to adjust mine down just a hair now after my body lift.
