I see you are running a ZR5 and you did the Skidz cuts to your fenders. Did you know that you can do matching cuts to your ZR5 flares and put them back on ? I've done it to mine and it looks great. Fallvitals did his also along with the whole MML. 8)

The biggest problem our little 4.3 Vortec powered Crewcabs have with gas mileage . Thanks for telling me again Brule. I've read and tried about enough. There is something missing or out of sequence in all I've read. Might try stair stepping up toward the front and move some off of the tail behind the axle. Could take some creative stacking, but probably worth it. Either that or make more runs. :lol:

I talked with Charlie at White Performance and he said the problem they had in the past was with a Procomp distributor shaft misalignment. I just ordered the 6671-BK, will let you know. 8)

I just cleaned up my cap and rotor then changed the fuel filter. Everything is good for now ,but when I do my full tune-up I will get the 6671-BK . I mean it's only a couple bucks more than good cap and rotor and is aluminium,steel and brand new cmplete. 8)

I think I heard on some NASCAR talk, that they recut the banking to a lower degree in hopes to get more open wheel racing. Seems like a lot of expence, but I guess the payback would justify it. :?: 8)

I did not jack mine up first. I just cranked my Tbars till they bottomed out and pulled back and forth hitting the brakes a couple of times and it lifted. Then down to the alignment shop . Do like I did, just crank them all the way to the stops and drive it over to a good front end man for alighnment. Mine had to be lowered 1/2" on the right to get it right, but all in all it sits 1 1/2" higher than it was stock. Actualy very easy to do, took about 10 minets. 8)

No Mystery Precision Lift Shackles

:lol: Put a pair of Daystar Shackles on today. They were 1.5" lift. Exactly 3" longer than stock resulting in precise 1.5" lift. I was amazed, they were a breeze to change over, and they are non-greaseable. I forgot what it felt like to be level instead of always headed up hill. 8)

I know my driver window did a major improvement when I put the new battery in two weeks ago. Seemed like a new window motor and less crackling in the up and down mode.

I Just grabbed hold of the little mothers with visegrips and twisted them around to where the would reattach to the original hole. The inner fender where they are attached just twisted to where I needed them. :!: :roll: 8)

From what I can tell looking at mine, a crew cab is just an extended cab with a stretched rear shell welded on. I think the front is the same on all '94-'04 S-10 from the door post forward. What I'm trying to say is all the front cab interior equipment is pretty much interchangable ? :? 8)

My SES light has been on for over a year now. I had the code read and it is the left bank O2 sensor. I've done nothing about it and all is well. It just bugs me to have that red light glaring in my face all the time, specialy at night. :x

Marvel oil is a good cleaner, lube,and preventative measure, but not known as a repair. If your gauge sensor is already gone there is no repair, only replacement will fix it. Go with the fill up by miles driven system till the pump dies then replace the whole thing.

I don't know but, I went to a 180 JET stat and have had zero problems. Even at 98 degrees outside and AC running full tilt it stayed below 195 on the gauge and my oil pressure went up to constant 50 lbs. when at hiway speed and hot. 8)

The only thing I see lower than the frame rails from the front shield to the rear cross member is the oil pan and the crossover exhaust pipe. I think the proper mounting hardware can avoid any hangups there. That cross member at the end of the Torsion Bars is likely the end of needed shield. Will ne...

Why couldn't a full belly pan be used ? I'm talking about in sections from frame rail to frame rail, front to as far back as needed ? I'd think the frame would be a very stable mounting surface and with the right spacers you can clear everything.

I have always put 4oz. of Marvel Mystery Oil in every 12gal. of gas at fill up. This gives a lubricant to the fuel pump, lubes the fuel gauge pickup, and a little cleaning on the fuel injectors all for the price of $3.50 per eight 12gal. fillups. Little bit of insurance never hurts ! :D 8)

Before you go to 30's, look into doing the SKIDZ cuts to at least your front wheel wells. You will rub the bottom rear of those wheel wells. You'll also have a slight rub at the bottom front , but just a minor clip off of the air dam and your set. May also want to check out full size bump stops fron...

Before the 30's I was running 275/60 Cooper Cobra GT's, their weight was only 31 lbs. These Hankook Dynapro ATm RF10's weigh 40 lbs. I was running 19 mpg local and 23-24 mpg hiway. I always run cruise control anytime 45mph or above. My CC is running on 373 gears also. 8)

I've done nothing but short run around local since going 30's. I got calibrated right away and my average is 17.2 - 17.9 at mostly 45 mph on cruise. 8)
