Bumper re-painting * getting rid of the rust gremlins *
My front bumber is got a fair bit of surface rust. I have tried painting it with Trimclad in the past but it always comes back. Has anyone had similar problems? What products/process worked for you?

You used caliper paint so there will be no problem, because it was designed for the temp that the brakes will produce. SO I tore into the back of the ZR5 this weekend to inspect the parking brake. I DID NOT like having the boat drag my truck backwards down the ramp with the pedal fully depressed. I adjusted both parking drums out a bit and it worked better, but I need more. Guess I'll start looking at the cables......

Since no one makes flares for our crew anymore, I decided to look around for alternatives. Has anyone installed the univeral flare from Pacer? It is called the Pacer Flexy Flare. Instead of adding a leaf, is it possible to flip the rear axel so the leafs are mounted on top?

Everytime I find a rim I like the backspacing or bolt pattern is not offered for our setups.

I am starting to have a noise problem now too.
Mine sounds like a metal squeak stops when I hit the brakes or go over 30mph
I think it is from the drivers side.
I wonder if it is the parking brake getting stuck on?
