i tryed to do some research on it and i still don't have a clue on using that process.
It makes more sense to me if the ABS was heated to like a liquid (like tar for instance) and poured in a flare cast then cooled and remove.
It's just weird how things are made...

does anyone know about makeing fender flares (makeing the molds how to use the material in the molds and measurements to make the mold like the right deapth length and width would all have to be incorporated into the mold design... That's probably KCustom's truck. Superlift used his truck as a testbed for the prototype 6" S-10 lift. He molded his own flares, and almost started selling them.
