TB Spacers are ineffective for the second generation fuel injection systems. Reason being the the fuel is injected directly into the intake ports in the head, not like TBI and carbureted engines that mix the fuel in the body of the intake manifold just below the TBI/Carb. So adding additional height...

Swaying is a by-product of soft suspension components. I would recomend looking into overloads for the rear, either the Boise Spring Works kit, "Load Leveler" shocks from Monroe (coil over design) or even air shocks... If you don't have one install a rear sway bar... Also look into an upgraded trail...

What excactly is that little piece of tin? Are you talking about the thin piece of metal on the back side of the brake pad that goes between the caliper and pad or the metal piece that the ears of the brake pads ride on? The passage goes to the EGR valve, and not directly to the inake. I could see using a shop vac and some non-flammable electrical cleaner to wash out the passage afterward. Do not use anything flammable with a shop vac. It WILL go boom! Well you are technically correct but the passage is cast as par...

Well I see something that was not discussed. If you look at the stated transmission ratios for a GM 4spd Auto w/Overdrive you will see that third gear is rated as 1:1 and 4th is 0.7:1 (30% OD). So towing with third gear should not be a problem...plus towing also depends on your differential gearing,...

Better take a closer look at the differential, make sure nothing is weird inside. Check for external identification to be positive that you don't have a G80 installed. It would not be the first time mistakes were made in the assembly line/manufacturing process. If that does not yield any clues then ...
