When you were changing the rims did you fiddle with the brakes at all? It might be possible that you pinched a ABS sensor wire and it may be shorting out. Not a sure bet but it might be a possible place to start.

Took it out for the first test drive today. Seems to work well but looking on the web site it looks like the software is a bit outdated. The maps are 2004 which is the latest they have avalible and it says it maps roads with over 500 people on them so not sure how good it will be in the outer reache...

My tow strap is broken in. I had to help the Taco behind me on the rock obsticle. The line he took got him hung up on his crossmember and he needed an assist. Everyone who made the rock waited to help the next guy in the line it was great teamwork.

I never could have done this run without the skid plates, there were a few scraping sounds from under the truck on the rock obstical and the plates and nerf bars were there to save me. After the run one guy even checked under my truck because the scrape was so loud but saw nothing even scratched.

Welcome to the site.
These are the shackles I am running for 1.5 inches in the rear.Warrior Shackles with my t-bar crank I got about 1.5 in the front but every vehicle will be different depending on where they start.

Thats the whole thing it comes with a battery pack and rubber ducky antenna to make it a mobile unit or the adapter you see goes in instead of the battery pack which allows it to hook up to 12v power source and external antenna. I got the external antenna seperatly. I picked them both up through JC ...

I will have to see when it comes in where it will fit best and be out of the way as well as easily in reach. I am hoping for either to the right of radio, or on the side of the console. This is the unit I am getting.

Silly thing is I started looking for a wiper blade from a model car combined with a micro mini pulse motor it could work. Not that I have this as anything than an exercise in creative thinking, it's way low a priority. My next mod is already on order. Ordered a CB radio that is an all in one handset...
