It could be a combo of a blown shock and a broken leaf in the spring pack. That could certainly cause a droop in on side of the truck. I had my GMC Jimmy leaning funny when I managed to get a stone stuck in the spring pack on one side also.

I have gotten creaking groaning noises from all 3 of my s-10/blazers in cold weather(below 0) In cold weather I think the factory rubber bushings harden and cause the noise. It usually stops after a few miles once they warmed up.

Mine started off life as a triple pod that ran from the headliner to the dash. They do not have the extension that travels down the side of the dash along the door weatherstripping so I would have had to cut that off the pillar trim. Free= go for it what have you got to lose. Pick up a used rad for maybe $100 and a valve for $30 or so and beat the snot out of it until it dies. Kelly blue book value of between $800 - 1200 with no options listed just stock, if it has air/cruise tilt or power windows it adds a bit more.

A-Pillar trim panel is different shape on the 2003-2004, found that out when I tried to install guage pods. The pods are supposed to fit all s-10/blazer from 95-2001 but have the wrong profile for the 2003-2004 and I have not found anyone making one to fit them at this time.

As far as I know the tonneau cover is stock with the zr-5 package, thats why it has zr-5 emblazoned on the cover itself. I could be wrong on this but I am not sure.

I got the kit from JC Whitney but it is also avalible from summit racing. Kit run $219.99 but I had a 15% off coupon for the order so it ended up at around $186 plus shipping which was less than $30 for my whole order which included the Rancho steering stabilizer kit.

Just got my Rancho steering stabilizer kit in last night and installed it today. takes longer to jack up and support the truck with factory jack than it does to install. Took it for a test drive, steering is much smoother and much less loose feeling. With all the wind we have been having around here...

Bed rail on mine are straight up and down the angled cuts are fit into rubber grommets which match the bed profile. My guess is that they are reversible but not sure.

First things first. Have you checked for a blown fuse? Also I saw in your post on codes you have only used 4 wheel drive a couple of times since you have had the truck. Have you at least engaged the 4 wheel drive once a month or so as recommended otherwise internal components are apt to fail due to ...
