My tailgate has some defects..i was bringing my moms stuff back on a road trip and had some bungie cords beat my tail gate up

..so i leave it down and i think and so do others it makes my truck seem bigger

Hey guys thanks for the comments! I had fun but I have to be honest.. I LOVE my truck and i do hate doing it. It does not happen very often, and will probally be even longer this time. One it is not at all easy to get the underbody like i like it- CLEAN! and the other thing it is very hard on my 4.3...

I make a point to use it about 3-4 times a month..i go down dirt roads and lock it in..im really easy on it i dont let there be any pressure im usually in N or rollin no faster than 5mph...Love my truck...but i just cant believe, least i think it was trying to engage...with me not pusing the button....

they did a flush on the transmission...the truck has about 41000 miles on it and all i know is that i have it do it while in drive..i will be checking the tranni fluid..

well i tighten my bars up by myself and went to get the alignment..but got there to pay and take my truck the guy said he lowered it back down to factor specs...i was like wtf i did not want it at factor i wanted the bars tighten for lift..he said that if i lifted it he would have to bust ribits...o...

o wow i was at autozone about a week ago and saw these shackles made really simple and at a cost of about $15.99 beats the hell out of daystar..they have 3 diffrent holes to pick from and i have them in the middle one for 1.5 inch of lift but think i will go ahead and max them out for a little rake ...

well got the new rims on and wise guy here torqued them to about 120lbs and going to work the front driver side rims decided to jump off... :twisted: :x ....needless to say i had to get another pair of underwear...just joking..but has any one bought new roaders for our trucks and what kind of price ...

well i am lucky enough to work were i got my truck and yester day a used 4x4 extended cab s-10 came in with after marker rims....yep they were on my truck that day..they are pacers and thats about all i know so far...so now the body lift and 31"s will be going on..but the rims have venture a/t's and...

I was talking to a guy with a reg cab s-10 and he had put an electric fan on his truck and said it was a nice performance mod...i want to do it for the horse power and better gas milage..has any one done it and does any one think its a good idea....

ya...i saw one guy on here got his and installed for $250.. i wish i could get that..but if you say it can be done in 6 hours or less i think $200 is way to much for that....i live in kansas....so thats a big problem...how hard is the kit to put in..i have a friend and his dad said he could help us....
