Little secret, as long as you tell NO ONE, EVER!!!. Are you ready?... Here goes... .0000 steel wool and a little bit of clean water. I have used this on several vehicle's and home windows. You don't need to beat the stains off with the wool, just rub gently adding clean water and watch all the...

Sorry if I sound rude here I promise that isn't the intent, but I'm from the north and have never heard of anyone not using anti-freeze. Is there something bad about using it? :?: No offense taken. I live in So. Cal. and temps here get to the 110+ (sumer trip to palm springs, its so ungodly hot the...

I finally got the funds to start the Lincoln mark VIII e-fan install on my 2003 Blazer ZR2, i will be using a delta current controller with the included thermostat sensor. I need to place the sensor at the radiator output side(coolant going from the rad back to the engine). I'm sure that would be at...

ALDL connector problem...*solved*
My blaZeR2 just coughed up a SES light (probably a p0128 = taking too long to reach proper operating temp due to the 180* thermostat)but i ran into another problem. I have tried both the tech2 gm scanner and the snap-on scanner and neither is getting a connection. I inspected the ALDL connector and ...

Thanks HJ and 2K, i appreciate your advice. I did a bit of research and found that the controller sold at www.dccontrol.com is highly regarded by quite a few muscle car people. I did some reading and it looks good but for the $ i think ill try the relays first. 2K, it would be GREAT if you could pos...

My Plan: I am planing on getting a 2 speed taurus fan and a Flex-a-lite VSC to run the fan with. I want to wire the low side to come on at a specified temp and the hi side to come on when the A/C is requested. I would also like to be able to turn on the hi side with a separate in cab switch at any g...

Thanks for the kudos gents. Im a bit confused by this though: "1. The drain valve is on the driver's side. Is the drain plug something different?". As far as i know, the drain plug on the radiator is on the lower right hand side. It has a funky looking plug(looks like them tamper proof screws they u...
