When superlift first came out with a lift for our trucks they recomended a 33x12.50 tire, a lot of people had rubbing issues with this size tire. yeah i want to put a 6inch on it but i don't know what id have to do to the front end. thats why i was askin if i need to do the conversion for a 6inch or not Welcome A body lift will get you room to fit taller tires and total about 3". It does apply to snow....Thats why honda civic's with FWD, and 2" wide tires get around just fine, and the sports cars with 10" wide tires don't.....thinner tire = better traction in moderate to light snow.
