2002 versus 2003 CC's light bar
This question is for HJ or anyone else that can answer. I just called Off Road Warehouse and was trying to order the ORI front runner series 'Baja Eliminator' light bar. I talked to a guy named Don and he said they don't make them for the 2003 CC they stopped making them at the 2002 series and he sa...

Dan I spotted this white 2wd S10 the other day, it has a 3.5 FabTech suspension lift. http://www.s-10crewcab.com/coppermine/albums/userpics/10089/18.jpg This might be what you want to do with your truck after you take care of the rear end part and to get more power you would want to get a catback ex...

Jeggers Here's a picture of my shocks that came with my SL kit. I'm not sure now about ordering the stabilizer shock, not sure I want yellow and white to go with my Bilsteins. I wonder if Summit has the Bilstein stabilizer shock. http://www.s-10crewcab.com/coppermine/albums/userpics/10089/thumb_shoc...

Color of shocks on the SL
I was just wondering what the invoice for your SL says about the part number on your lift, mine says SUPK776B what I was curious about was I saw a picture of your kit, which is the same picture I have seen on every site of the SL. The shocks are yellow and white. The shocks on my kit are black and p...

SomeCrew I had my SL 6 installed by a lift shop and from what I hear it's a pretty tough install. I have a friend who's a mechanic who said he would help me with the install but he wanted to see the instructions first, so I went to the superlift site and downloaded and printed the instructions and s...

I live in the foothills of the mountains here in SoCal, and go skiing every winter and can tell you it doesn't matter how BIG and Bad your 4Wheel truck is, you always need to carry chains! I have seen people have to leave their "monster trucks" parked in the snow, while I drove right around them in ...

Tire chains on stock CC
Have used tire chains on my CC many times before I lifted it. No problems at all. Saved my butt a couple of times, and even helped a couple other people who were stuck.

jeggers I know somewhere I found a picture of the dual shocks and the stabilizer, it might have been for the ZR2. I have been trying to find it again and can't find it. I bought and had my lift installed from a local shop, there are only 3 shops in my area that even deal with superlift. One of them ...

Jeggers My lift did not come with the superlift skid plate. I have also seen the front steering stabilizer shock and the front twin shocks made by superlift that go to our kit. I know I have seen them somewhere but I can't find the site again, I looked on Summit's site and they don't show anything. ...

Welcome SomeCrew I am also a recent member to this site. I went with a 6 inch SL and no BL on my truck. I don't know about the trailmaster or the BDS but I can tell you the Superlift is great. link My ride stayed the same just a little rougher ride, like a truck, from the tires. Whatever lift you de...

I got my truck and just LOVE IT :thumb: :bounce: I put 31X10's on it. I previously thought I wanted to also put a BL on it and put 33's or maybe 35's but after the 6 SL and tires I don't see any need. It's plenty high and I have plenty of clearance in my wheel wells. It looks like a real truck now. ...

I got an estimate from Gary's Sport Truck in Ontario, CA on the 6 inch superlift. They beat 4wheelparts by $88 and included a warranty. 4wheelparts did not have a warranty on their estimate. It's going in Monday night after work and they said it would be done Wednesday, now I need a BL as I am going...

I would recomm...

Super lift estimate
I just got an estimate from 4 wheelparts for a 6 inch superlift installed and alignment for $2650 on my 2003 S-10 CC. Lift my 2003 S-10 crew cab
I have had my S-10 for two years and just love it. My wife and I like to go skiing most every weekend during the winter season up in Big Bear California. Recently we were on our way back from skiing and ran into a Jeep Cherokee that had went off the edge of the icy road. His back tires were barely h...
