I have been mingling in the motorcycle market for a few weeks now. My mother purchased an 05 honda reflex 250cc scooter for a daily commuter back and forth to work. With gas prices on the rise, 40-50 mpg sounds like a good plan to me. Now I have no intentions of purchasing a scooter, rather a motorc...

I did not crank the T-bars. All I did was level out the truck from side to side(one side needed like 1/2 a turn). I don't want to ruin cv's. As far as rubbing with stock rims, they will rub the inner frame and occasionally the torsion bar. I also have mud guards and I can hear them scraping when I'v...

Well, It's decided. GM is introducing a new allison transmission, the 6 speed auto to basically lower rpm's on highway speeds and give a little more low end grunt. They say this could help with MPG. I guess that ford powerstroke 6.0L is giving people trouble. Even people on the ford diesel forum are...

I've been racking my brain for the past month as to which truck I would like to purchase in the near future. It's kind of a paradox because 1) you can get better gas mileage with lower rpms then 2) you will never downshift on the hihgway with 4.10's, however your rpms will be higher. There are alot of factors 1) wind resistance with BL 2) height a...
