No turn downs will be included. The exaust will exit parallel with the ground, not shooting at it. I doubt the wheel will get dirty because of the exaust, unless I start burning mass amounts of oil

I have something similar happening. The torque convertor locks up at 50 mph. But, sometimes it will lock, then unlock, then lock, then unlock a few times, maybe 3 or 4 times, then locks up. That's why I waited untill the eBay guy made hubcentric spacers. NO vibration problems!

You might try cleaning the hub and the wheel mounting surfaces. Rust and corrosion on the wheel and hub can cause vibration.

Another cause might be that the spacers are made poorly.
