Do we know, for sure, the yokes are aluminum? If, they aren't a small tack weld on the caps will hold them. I know that the main shaft is aluminum.

I've always had a problem with people multi-tasking and driving. For crying out loud, you can get a bluetooth headset, at Big Lots, for 10 bucks. Instead you sit at a 4 way stop with 3 other people that can't hit the turn signal, to give you a clue about their intentions, because they are talking on...

Nitrogen is a scam, I agree. I always "air" back up with CO2 but, there are a few that carry tanked nitrogen and want to debate the issue. The CO2 is just easy to carry and cheaper to refill my tank. https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/_EdVPVeddEMU/TEz211PGnqI/AAAAAAAAGHQ/F73R_w436Vw/s640/Rock%20and%2...

Re: Tire Selection for Expedition Travel
Campbell became the first repeat winner of the KOH (King Of the Hammers) this year. He was running the GY MT/Rs. They do chunk out on rocks, though. I just went with them on my heep and are not cheap once you go beyond 31"s. http://www.off-road.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/foxrs-koh-Shannon-C...

Re: speedo gears
Everyone here has recalibrated using a Hypertech programmer. Not even sure we have a speedo gear like a lot of the heeps use on their 231 and 242 transfer cases. Re: Going to seafoam crew need advice
My routine is 1/3 into the brake booster vacuum line (without killing the motor) and turn it off. Pour the other 2/3 can into the fuel tank. Let it set for 5-10 minutes and fire it back up. If, it is very high mileage engine with, unknown history, and you pour it into the crankcase....you might witn...
