OK, here is the PDF file. I cannot figure out how to save it. We need to get this thing saved before it disappears.

Any thoughts Brule or Brian?
Awesome! Thank you. I saved it on my hard drive.

looking for ZR2 frame drawings

I'm looking for frame drawings for my ZR2. I know somebody has them - I've seen them posted before somewhere, but I can't find them again. Can anybody help me out?

Looking at this again, something doesn't look right with those hubs. Hmmmm........ The lockable portion of the hub should only stick out past the casting about 1". Those look like they have huge hubs for some reason. I'm sure somebody knows what they are.

Reed, IMO, those are a great find. Those are the same axles we're using on MacZR2's truck. JMO, but I'd run that 60 over a 9" any day. The rear you'll want to purchase a disc conversion kit for, which is about $300. That's money very well spent. The price of $550 is fair. I would take it. I paid $50...

You don't have to school me. I got good grades in all my engineering classes. ;) And you've proven the point again. Since aluminum does tend to crack, a hybrid radiator of plastic a aluminum that is less prone to cracking just makes sense. At least to me anyway. 8)

I did a lot of research before buying a new radiator for mine when it blew. For dependability reasons, I went with the aluminum / plastic one, for the exact reasons Brule posted here. I've also done a lot of work with aluminum in the past and have witnessed how easy it tends to crack, which is scary...

Sorry guys, all the snow on the cover on my truck has my truck held prisoner at the moment. Literally, the cover is frozen to the body of the truck. I heard its supposed to be a bit warmer this week. I'll try to get out there and throw the cover on and get some pics for y'all.

Its been since October since I've been in it! Images Over 100k forum limit-HJ album http://s128.photobucket.com/albums/p200/knaffie/Smittybilt%2...

crew cab with what appears to be aftermarket ZR2 flares ????

They are definitely not factory flares. They are held on by sheet metal screw in the wheel well. They are at least as wide as ZR2 flares, if not wider. Anybody know what these are? :?: I personally think they look like crap on these truck, but they could definitely enhance the looks of the right tru...

The cable shifter is much easier to set up than the mechanical linkage. No difference in the cases. They should all have the speedo plug in the rear housing. There are a couple different reasons you can't make a 233 case into a 231. I've got pictures somewhere. Well, it can be done, but its going to...

Not possible with a 233. Copeland and I tried with mine. Find a 231 out of a late 80s / early 90s S10 and swap it in. Then you have to find the manual shifter and all the related bracketry and cables that go with it, which were only made from 1994 - 1996. If you get lucky and find a truck that has t...

I need dimensions of the studs that stock ZR5 steps mount to

I have a couple sets of sliders to make up for members on here. They both want to use the factory mounting studs on the frame for the sliders to mount to. I don't have a truck at my disposal to use to measure these. Does anybody have some sort of documentation that shows the location of these studs?...
