Im also talking here in canada eh :D seems like up here the lifts are alot more expensive. My TM lift its self was almost 3 grand! i couldnt believe it.

yes there is, about an inch near the door and whatever you need in the rear. the thing is the rear of the blazer is shackle rear, therefore when it compresses the tire moves towards the rear of the truck and will clear the fender when stuffed ( up to about a 33 inch tire from what i have measured so...

Excited :) just because i have wanted to get them done for so long but stuff kept coming up. But now i have some time and a way to get the tooling done faster :)
so 3 months is pretty much the time frame, but thats with the first couple sets coming off the molds. so it should be good :D

Im finishing up the tooling over the next little while for these trucks and with the help of one of our members i will actually get the 4 doors started and finished most likely in about 3 months :)

A good working daily drive sfa with a dana30 and all parts done by a shop would run you about 5000

an ifs lift will run you about half that. but with parts ect later the sfa is better, just make sure you do alot of research and make sure its for you

I will also stand behind sfa over an ifs lift even on streets. Mine fell apart after less then a year with only a few offraod trips. My truck is now sfa and i can drive without worry now.

Yah i could use one of those thats for sure. Well i decided to go with paying it out, I got the info from the insurance company and my rates over time will be to much a month, at least with the crew. If i had an old beater it might be a different story. So im stuck paying it. But oh well. Life goes ...

i didnt have a ball hitch just one of those gmc inserts. The guy made the claim through the insurance corp due to the high damage. so i have to go though them. only diference is if i pay it out i dont have rates go up. where as if i leave it they do. also a side not some of you might not know y\that...

yah the set up on m truck was quted from a local shop at about 4500. thats dana 30, labour, fab work, drive shafts, gears, and parts ( leafs, steel, steering ect) i did it myself for about 2000 plus or minus. My time is money though too lol and took me about 3 weeks, plus i had issues at the beginin...

yah i even admit they are crazy price! they are 1/4 inch aluminum or 3/16 steel so material cost is high plus because they are not high volume, materials are a bloody fortune from my supplier, plus i have to make them. i will see what i can cook up :)

With my spring over and 4 inch lift springs i think my truck sits at 59 inches to the mirror. im no where near the oil pan at full flex, but if your leaf under at full flex thats another like 5 inches. i would test it out at full flex and make sure before you go offroad and smack that pan ;)

Good points HJ also, just a note, it seems that your alignment goes out alot more with the lift and large tires. I found everytime i got it aligned it would only take on hard hit or bumb and it was out. Also like Henry says your ball joints will probably be gone, aswell as other suspension parts are...

I had many problems with my ifs lift and i will tell you its not just the tm. Its the ifs. its not ment for lifts at all. It literally starts to fall apart after a few months. especially with something like a 33 12 50 tire. if i were you i would uncrank the t bars totally to stock. That could be hel...

Im getting rear diff leakage. Possibly from the higher angle now that i am at 3 inch blocks in the rear plus a leaf over? Its coming from where the diff meets the drive shaft. I think bds does make a skid but its a pos that goes inside the sway bar. yours is better then that bweeny :)

I think its perfect as those pics where it has the red lines show really clear what is removed so right there you know what you are getting into which is good. where as the auto cad pictures i send only gives you a small idea of what happends.

The trailmaster is 4 inches upfront, you should be able to just measure what the diff and sway bar drop brackets are. The t bar crank got me up another bunch. You can go witha body lift, even the three inch if you are into making something work, there was a member on here who ran the 3 inch on his truck if i remember right.
