Thanks for all the compliments guys. I might check with DecalKing, they made my 4x4 decals. I think one that said: Highrider Crew would be kinda neat if it was in smaller letters. I did use a reciprocating saw. DO NOT attemp this mod with anything else!!! Please!!! Save yourself the trouble!!! :lol:

Yes, I plan on leaving them black. One day I'm going to get the lower part of the body painted with spray on bedliner material (black) to match.

And, yes those are 31x10.5x15's, which will (hopefully) be replaced by 32x11.5x15's one day :)

That's what I was quoted as well. The hardest part, that makes it so expensive is that the front of the truck has to be disassembled to get to the front diff. No easy task. The rear is easy.

I do like the storage compartment under the bed, especially since the spare is there. I know it probably would be useless if larger tires were used, but that's a feature I've always wanted in our trucks.

Anyone know how difficult it is to replace the pads/shoes in the emergency brake? Mine doesn't work at all. It worked ok when I got the truck, especially to keep it from rolling forward, but has never worked well to keep it from rolling in reverse. And now it wont work at all.

There was about an inch left. It was kinda on a hill. I had to back my trailer down a hill to unload a weight machine in our gym, and the hill was too steep to back straight down, so I had to go sideways, and turn sharp at the bottom. The side that was compressed was the downhill side :D

Like Mark said, you can't go up much stock. Best bet is to install a body lift. that'll get your truck looking like a 4x4 :D

If you can turn a wrench, use a tape measure, drive to an alignment shop, and pay the $55-60, you can do the TB crank. It should'nt take more than 10-15 minutes. I would recommend getting a Hypertech Power Programmer 3 over the Superlift device. It allows for so much more customization, especially if you want to change shift points or go with 93 octane fuel. Also firms up shifts a bit too. :D

Truck is in for bearing replacement. I dropped it off last night. They said it would be ready tomorrow afternoon. They're replacing bearings on both sides in the front, replacing a CV boot, and replacing the pads/shoes on the emergency brake(and something else on it, but I can't remember what it is)...

Hmmm....I haven't every really done anything to mine aside from using the little black rubber cap that goes on the plug. And I normally just wrap the wire around my hitch ball. Never had any issues withit rusting or shorting out. I did, however, wrap the wires from the taillight harness to the plug ...

I do happen to have on of these lifts being discussed, which would be the "Marvelous Mystery Lift". Wamason, my bad, I didn't know you had the complete marvelous mystery lift. So far I have only seen pictures of HJ's truck that has the complete "Marvelous mystery lift" Could you post some pictures?...

I can have them shipped for around $50 from MA. THe only thing is that guy is fairly new to Zr2.com. I'd prefer to deal with someone who's a bit more established....
