I would not add the 2.5in lift and crank them more than rough country says there lift already cranks the torsion bars to the max I wouldent go any further. If your dead set on 5in about your only option is a 6in lift kit. Sas Or go with your idea but don't try to crank the torsion bars beyond rough ...

No because the blazer ones are made to go under the rear seat slightly. there is no where for them to fit under are rear seats. I've seen people make them work but they have to pretty much cut the hole back off the floor liner, and by the time you do that what's the point of even having it.

As Henryj said frames are pretty different. But you don't have to have a zr5 frame. The zr5 are only an appearance package. So any crew frame should work. You can buy a locker for your front axle but for cost and labor to install I don't think it would be worth it. plus all the stress on your aluminum diff your just asking to destroy your diff plus all the extra traction would put more strain on are already weak steering set up. ...

After I add everything I want to the tag bumper (I think they're blue lake off-road now). It's cheaper to get the logans metal bumper and Logan's builds them for body lifted trucks. But I never heard from any one who owns one of they're bumpers.

You said you don't like carbs but want it easy maybe you could look into throes electronic carbs? It's a fuel injecting carb that is controlled by a computer but most of them I believe are self leading you install it all and butler start driving and the computer will learn by it's self.

If his rims are 5in bs. Than 4.75in bs means you wouldent need spacers becoulse there's .25in more space between the inner rim lip and your chassis so you wouldent need spacers. And I believe any 15x8 rim with 4-5in back spacing would work. Just depends on how far you want them to stick out and what...

Ok we'll I got my bar but now I'm thinking I'd rather have a curved led bar to fit the roof line better. So I'm not 100% on which I'll use.
