How do you reset the light if you want to change your own oil? :?: I wasn't aware that the newer crews set a oil change light :?: On the full size you turn the ignition to the on position, depress the accellerator pedal three times and wait for the light to flash. That resets the oil change interva...

Radio Mod ( aux inputs )
Does anyone know if the radio on the 2003 S-10 has external inputs on the back? I am looking for a way to directly connect my iPod to the radio amplifier. I currently use a tape cartridge that does it but way to much hum.
Thanks

I ordered my spacers from 2 different companies. They are both 1.5 inch spacers. One set is from Performance Wheel and Tire for $145 with shipping. It came with no lug nuts. They are also about .5 inches bigger in diameter. The other set came from AIM Industries for $127 with shipping. They came wit...

I would have thought you have gotten better than 18 mpg with that lid. Have you checked it since it was installed? Also, I run 93 all of the time. I think I will also be ordering one of these Boise kits myself. Have yours settled any or are you still at 2 inches of lift? How's the ride when loaded? I'll have to measure to check for sure, but I haven't noticed any settling. As for the ride, the only difference that is noticeable ,is that it si...

Difference between Fleet and Sport side (Hitch question)
I know this is going to sound stupid but I don't know the answer. What is the difference between a fleet and a sport side truck? I am ordering a hitch P/N 81610 from Valley Industries. The one thing they say is "it will fit as long as it's a fleet side and not a sport side truck". So I just thought ...

Speedometer Adjustments
Ok. I got some mods done and would like to get my speedometer adjusted. I talked to two different Chevy shops today and both say the speedometer can't be adjusted outside of the P245 or P275 range on the 2003. So how do I get it adjusted for the 31's? By the way can't wait to get home. Got called to...

Air Shocks
This will probably give away my age but, what is the verdict on air shocks. We use to use them all the time to get cars off the tires. They were strong enough for our race cars. Is their something about them that they can't be used in raising a truck application. They could be put on all 4. I am sur...

I just got my 2003 S10 ZR5. I would like to raise it to the same height as the ZR2 is. I have looked through a lot of stuff here and really don't know what most of it means. Like crank the torque for height. Or body lifts over other types of lifts. I would be happy to read on this if you all have mo...
