Re: Intake Manifold
Very informative and useful article HenryJ. It will come in mighty handy when I get started. I'm holding off on ordering the map sensor and the other optional stuff until after the intake is done. The valve cover gaskets are included in the gasket set I'm ordering.

Intake Manifold
It looks like I found the next *project of the month* on my CC. I was under the hood the other day and spotted an oil leak comming from the front of the intake. So before I get started I thought I'd make a list of parts to order... Gasket Set, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Map Sensor and Oil Pressure Swi...

Re: O2 Sensors
Sensors replaced, code cleared and the next day the damn idiot light came back on. With that said the idiot may be me... Tying to save some money I cut the cat off and gutted it out. Broke one stud off the back end and after 2 hours of hammering, chiseling, and cutting I finally got it out, replaced...

O2 Sensors
Are all three O2 sensors on the CC suppose to be the same? I pulled them off yesterday and the upstream passenger side sensor is Denso and the drivers side sensor is Bosch. The downstream sensor is another Denso. The two Denso sensors are the same. I just want to make sure before I spend the $$$ on ...

Re: Sub box for my 04 CC
The only update I have is that I've got the box glued, nailed, gaps filled, sealed and sanded smooth. I still have to order some carpet and speaker grills yet. Once that stuff gets ordered I'll be able to wire and install the subs.

Re: Sub box for my 04 CC
Looks good. Ebay subs may not last too long, or play the best but hey at least you can get a good feel for how its going to fit and sound that way and you can go for something fancier later on if you so choose. I would like to see it installed in the truck. Where do you plan on putting the amp? Als...

Sub box for my 04 CC
I've been planning on putting a sub in my CC for a while now. I bought a 10" sub and a truck box off eBay thinking that was it. Was I wrong  When I finally got around to putting it behind the seat it didn't fit like I thought it would. The seat would not latch back in place. I saw what a few p...

Re: overhead console w/ trip computer
I've read through this thread and I'm still a little confused on what to do. Could someone please sum all this up and tell me what all do I need to buy, modify and/or make in order to do this mod??? The overhead console in my 04 crew cab has just the temp/compass. Thanks

Re: Window Motor Mount Repair
I know this is an old post but I thought I'd put in my two cents. I just did this fix on my 04 CC yesterday and you DO NOT need to unplug all the switches from the window control unit. It will fit through the opening with a little help.
