I had a 2000 S10 reg cab with a 4 cylinder it was gutless and was cramped. I was driving by the dealership at about 60 and saw the truck turned around and did some tire kicking. I went back and got the wife and bought the truck. I would have liked to have a full size but at the time we were living i...

Coolant Leak ?
OK I was out of town on business and came home to a puddle of coolant under my truck. At first inspection I saw the fluid driping off the starter. When I got under the truck I noticed a line of fluid running along the rear of the head gasket. I checked the heater hoses and they are fine. My question...

I have never understood why Ford gets so much attention. Up until the last couple of years they have been undependable at best I have had 3 in the past and will never own one again. Even the bodies lack imagination the new F-150 is ugly to say the least, flat side panels a modified F-350 nose and a ...

Yes I do understand that at most parts stores you get to talk to some minimum wage knucklehead who was shown how to use the parts catalog like 2 hours ago. I just like my truck alot and wish it was easier to find parts for it. Even finding body accesories for them is difficult and it seems that in s...

O.K. I went by the 4 Wheel Parts center in Fresno and those guys don't have a single clue on how to lift our trucks. They even slammed the TM 5". What is the major problem with lifts for our trucks is it the front suspension or the rear suspension. It seems to me for the S10 itself to have been arro...

How else are they to improve if they don't know where thier problems lie? I do believe that GM does listen , since a really poor dealership here lost the GM product lines. I just got off the phone with Sam's Club (a.k.a. Walmart 2). They sell the stock- sized BFG A/T KO for $95 a piece and the 31's for $105. They had those in stock. They can order the 30" (takes about 7 business days) for $101.33 ea and the 30" Mud-Terrain for 113.16 ea. The Dunlop Radial Mud Rovers ...

I have been wondering what our trucks would look like with a roll bar. I just don't know how functional they would be or how it would look with the long cab and short bed. Lower Ball Joints
My 2001 Crew has 30,000 miles and we took it in to have the tires rotated and get an allignment. We were shocked when Big-O refused to do the allignment stating that the lower ball joints had significant wear. We then decided that this should be covered under the warranty the dealership told us that...
