skidz cut-out fender flares
does anyone know where to find skidz cut-out fender flares? or at least the pattern? i can bend some aluminum fender flares myself if i have to, but i would need at minimum the template for the fender well trimming.

Re: 2" suspension lift?
i got a fix for it. and for me it makes sense. why not make a replacement lower a-arm too (since your replacing the upper anyway)?

2" suspension lift?
i am kinda curious as to why the 2" suspension lift doesnt work on the cc? the superlift guys said it wasnt holding the camber/caster. if i might say, doesnt the crew cabs have the same suspension setup as an extended cab non-zr2 4x4?

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
after the t-bar crank is done, will i need to get new shocks? what about the sway bar links? also, would stock ZR2 shocks (40mm?) fit with the t-bar and boise spring kit?

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
i know i sound like an idiot, but when i did this to my 90 blazer, i just did it. i put the bolts flush, backed them off 2 rotations, then backed off till level. however, i need to get this right. so the max z height is between 116-128mm, with a preferred reading of 122mm. let me know if im getting ...

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
well, i cant seem to find the max z height in the forum ( or im just blind). and as for the torsion bars, i wasnt sure if putting heavier bars in would affect the ride hieght. however, i will be putting a tube bumper and winch on the front of the truck. so i figured with the extra weight on the fron...

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
so the max z height is 128mm, correct? doesnt that screw with the ball joints, tie rod ends, and cv axles?
EDIT: what about looking intoperformance torsion bars or putting full size ones of the same length in?

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
wow. that looks really nice. you are genius dude, straight genius. now with the marvelous mystery lift, how far did you have to crank you t-bars (as in the bolt being flush with the block)?

Re: crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
what about just putting the cab on the zr2 frame and putting on a flat bed instead of the box? think that might work? and thanks for the links, HJ. you are a master of your craft...

crew cab on zr2 frame (aka baja crew cab)
so yeah. been looking into this. looks doible. got some questions though. what are the cutting point on the frames (crumple zones?)? im going for practicality here. i dont need it sky high, and im not fond of body lifts. definately no t-cranks. and the 2 inch lift kit is garbage, so says the manufac...
