i would think a good muffler and larger tailpipe would be more effective than a set of headers especially at low rpm.

i have heard headers really dont' benefit much until you get to the 5k rpm range..

my step dad and i had a one ton dually that we towed a large trailer with and i would definately recommend the air bags..

better ride unloaded and you can get exactly the right amount of rear lift to stabilize your truck for whatever weight you can tow..
