The sensor lets the ECM know when the vehicle is physically in 4wd. From my reading it then changes shift points and things. I've read where other people have " grounded out " pins in the harness and stuff. For me the simplest thing was to get a 15 cent brass cap (would be used for sealing a output ...

Been running a Bravada tube and shaft since before the MML and love it. used a brass threaded cap (think it was from the plumbing section at the hardware store) over the "FWD engaged sensor". tore out the vacuum lines and actuator. only thing i did was trim the shaft on the diff end, read somewhere ...

no flares needed.......... I just cut the fenders and ran 33's and I love it! that and I went for the KM2 mud terrains.......and a 1 pcs P/S axle. enjoying my 3.73's but I must admit I am dreaming about 4.10's

I'm picturing the catch can/jar thats part of most of the power/preassure bleed brake fluid systems.


where the vac system has a "catch can" so it dosn't just draw H2O into the manifold.........i coudn't explain my way out of a papersac...I'm going to bed

I failed bad in my area every (and I do mean every yard) told me "sure we have some, or yeah come on in." In the end I think I crawled my way thru 7 or 8 yards and fail on a couple more when they wouldn't let me past the counter.

it has a manual valve (only gets closed it the winter when the pumps off the well) at the top of the well spike below the elbow that turns in to the pump and it has a check valve in the pump inlet

My fathers irrigation pump has lost its prime and all the tricks I know have failed. Its a above ground "jet" stlye pump. with a backflow valve on it. the pump draws cold air (should be from underground as its warm out.) but it dosent draw water. I tried again today and noticed that 2 of the "ears" ...

thats where the scangauge II comes into play, semi-real time info and code reading/removal

PS mine was almost 6 MPH off @ 55. so the programer was a need more than a want. The firmer shifts I'd have paid double for!

would love to see how the trimmed flares are looking, I'm on the verge of welding up the holes but if the flares can be re-worked and re-fitted I might do that. Time is running out for me I think we shoot base and clear this weekend.

I agree with BM only after the ASVAB and the physical will your list of MOS's become avaliable. Recruiters usually have the best intentions but, in the end best intentions often become broken prmises and lies. did the install on my 03 Zr5 yesterday went ok me and my buddy got FILTHY #1. I didn't remove the plastic air scoop, initally but I broke i anyway. I've never been a fan of the "tin foil" bumpers but they are free (or at least they came with it) I think jeeps look mean if you trim the front bumper back to show more tire. the Kilby style gas tank skid is a good mod. they mention rehabing the wheels so that might be what they look like after sandblasting I don't know, I've never seen the ZR5 package on a GMC but then I'm not sure I've seen a GMC CC in person either

I'm doing something wrong too as I get continuity both on the truck one (suspect) and the brand new one in the box but no matter how I hook up a 9v I get nothing. my code magicaly went away but I got new issues. (heater controls)

parts guy did not reset the code the light stayed on the rest of the day. the next morning (second time the truck was started and ran after the code was checked) the ses light was gone. so not sure what going on there..... battery wasn't disconnected and it was only the 2nd turn of the key, so maybe...

grabbing some popcorn too! a small group of my buudies went down to KOH (to watch) you can see corey and nate on the pirate KOH page smirking on Wrecking Ball after busting the knuckle studs off corey's DN60. They had a blast hopefully I'll tag along someday.
